Facilities and Equipment
Dr. Leverett is committed to providing her patients with the highest standards of eye care. She recommends an Optomap Retinal Exam as part of your eye exam. This exam is quick, comfortable and very simple: Nothing touches your eye during the process. The exam provides Dr. Leverett with important information about your health, without the need for pupil dilation. Optomap can detect early signs of Diabetic Retinopathy, Hypertension, Age Related Macular Degereration, Retinal Detachment and more. Early detection is key to treating many eye diseases without loss of vision.
The visual system is a delicate and complicated part of the human anatomy. All parts of the eye and many parts of the body affect your ability to see correctly.
